From October 23rd to 25th, we are hosting another weekend retreat – this time in the beautiful nature of the Demänovská Valley at Resort Lúčky.

Once again, we have prepared three days full of movement, relaxation, and time spent in nature.

The price of the retreat is €395 and includes:

– 2 nights' accommodation in single, double, or triple rooms based on your preference

– full board throughout your stay (tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences)

– 3× Pilates sessions suitable for both beginners and advanced participants

– unlimited access to the wellness area

– yoga & sound healing with Zuzka Lešková

– sauna ritual

You can also enhance your stay with additional activities – massages, bike rentals, an easy hike to Vrbické Pleso, or a visit to the Demänovská Cave of Liberty. Or, you can simply take time for yourself, relax in the wellness area, and enjoy some undisturbed downtime.
