Find answers to frequently asked questions

Do I need to create an account to sign up for the class?

Yes, you need to create an account, but joining us only takes a moment.

What do I need to bring to class?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for reformer classes — you can purchase a pair at the studio if needed. We provide all necessary equipment, including mats. Please remove any jewelry, especially rings, bracelets, and watches, before class to protect the equipment and ensure a safe, comfortable practice. You’ll find towels, hairdryers, toiletries, and filtered water available for your use.

Can I take class if I am pregnant?

We welcome pregnant women to our studio. Pilates is a wonderful way to support your body during pregnancy, improve posture, strengthen deep muscles, and prepare for childbirth. We recommend to book classes specifically designated for pregnant women. These classes are designed with safe modifications and guided by instructors trained in prenatal Pilates.

What if I have a chronic condition?

If you have any chronic or acute health conditions, please consult with a doctor before booking our class.

What time do I need to show up to class?

Our studio opens 15 minutes before the start of the class. We recommend that you arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes before your class. Doors close at start time and we do not guarantee entrance if your spot has been released to our waitlist.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend a class, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation at least 12 hours in advance to receive a full credit refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of the class are considered late cancellations, and the credit will not be refunded.

How far in advance can I book class?

You can book a class up to 2 weeks in advance.

How many spots can I reserve in a class?

Each client can book one spot per class to ensure fair access for everyone. If you’re interested in booking a private group session for a birthday party, work event, team-building, or any special occasion, we would love to host you. You can reserve one or both of our exercise rooms, always with an instructor. Simply contact us at hello@formery.com, and we’ll be happy to discuss the details and help you plan a special experience.

Can I transfer or share my class package or membership?

No class and package and membership are non transferable.

What is your refund policy for class credits?

Single credits and membership packages are non-refundable and must be used within a specified time period. No exceptions.
